Publisher Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a publisher on Offerlia, you agree to be bound by these Publisher Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

2. Publisher Requirements

To participate as a publisher, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate account and payment information
  • Maintain ownership or proper authorization for your app/website
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

3. Integration and Implementation

As a publisher, you agree to:

  • Implement the offerwall according to our integration guidelines
  • Not modify or manipulate the offerwall display or functionality
  • Clearly disclose to users that they will be completing offers
  • Not incentivize fraudulent offer completions
  • Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials

4. Prohibited Activities

Publishers must not:

  • Generate fake or fraudulent conversions
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers
  • Encourage users to provide false information
  • Display offers on prohibited content (adult, illegal, hateful)
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to manipulate our platform
  • Share or resell access to the platform

5. Payments

Payment terms:

  • Payments are processed monthly on the 1st of each month
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Publishers must provide valid payment details
  • Offerlia reserves the right to hold payments pending fraud investigation
  • Chargebacks for fraudulent activity will be deducted from future earnings

6. Revenue Sharing

Revenue share percentages are determined by Offerlia and may vary based on traffic quality, volume, and vertical. Current rates are displayed in your dashboard and may be adjusted with 30 days notice.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Offerlia employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Suspected fraud will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account
  • Withholding of pending payments
  • Clawback of fraudulent earnings
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Legal action if necessary

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Offerlia reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.
